Plantedag

Her er ei nydelig stokkrose.
To day I have done a lot of gardening. Arnt Håvard has cut the lawn and I have planted in one of my beds. Here you can see a beautiful hollyhock.

A yellow pansy and false flax. I planted false flax on the outer edge of the bed. When it grows it will look like a carpent. I have four false flax on each side, and three carnation in the middle. Her er et oversiktsbilde over bedet. :o)

Here is a outlook pic over the whole bed. The hollyhock is at the back. I should take some more pictures when it grows. :o)

Look at this lovely rose! I planted two of these in pots on the stairs in front of the door.

Her står de. Har ei kremfarga rose på terrassen.

Here they are. I got one creamcolored rose at the terrace.

When we came inside I lightend some candles. I bought this sweet, little dish at a second hand store to day, only NOK 25. I think it is really beautiful. It can be used for a lot of things. Just now for candles.

Two hollyhocks broke, I took them inside in some vases. I wish all my blogfriends a nice weekend, and a great saturday evening. :o)

Beautiful garden. It will look so nice with the pretty carpet of flowers in front and hollyhocks in back. It looks nice already. Hollyhocks are one of my favorites. I'm going to bring in a rose that broke. Deer have been eating my roses.

It already looks so pretty. I can only imagine how nice it will be when it is grown.

I like the pretty dish you bought today and it looks really good with the candles in it.

I plan to do some things tonight while Tim and Caleb are at work. My sons aren't here this weekend, so I will be alone except for my motherinlaw. That's when I can get most things done. :)

I always enjoy looking at the things you do. You are very inspiring.

vita: yes, hollyhocks are really beautiful. Some are darker pink and some are white, but I think all mine are pink. Roses and flowers inside are always nice.

lisa: the little dish is really a treasure, I think! I love such things, as you know. :o) Caleb is that one of your sons? Have you recived my mail?

Caleb is my step-son. He is almost the same age as my older son...just 6 months older. He has a twin sister but she does not live with us, although we are close at heart. :)

I just checked and I have no email from you. Sometimes it takes a little while, for some reason. But I will be watching for it now. :)

Hulda,
It's really looking pretty. I especially love the false flax, which I've not heard of before. I have hollyhocks also.
